Shipping and Returns

1. General Information

These shipping and returns terms apply to the online store polwear.pl, operated by:

By placing an order in the store, the customer accepts these terms.

The store serves both individual customers and businesses within the European Union.

2. Products and Prices

  • All prices are listed in PLN and include VAT.

  • Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust delivery costs in case of mistakes or promotions.

3. Placing Orders

Orders are placed through the store’s shopping cart:

  1. Add products to the cart

  2. Enter shipping and payment details

  3. Accept the store’s terms

  4. Confirm the order by completing the payment

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please contact customer service.

4. Payment Methods

The store uses WooPayments and offers the following payment options:

  • Klarna

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Przelewy24

All payments are securely processed through payment service providers.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on the country and carrier).

Possible delays may occur due to:

  • the carrier

  • holiday periods and promotions

  • customs procedures for international shipments

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on:

  • the delivery country

  • the weight of the package

  • the chosen delivery method

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU law and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal was communicated, to the return address provided by us.

The cost of return is borne by the customer (25 zł) and is non-refundable.

8. Return Conditions

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • unused

  • in unchanged condition

  • in the original packaging (if provided)

The customer bears the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent.

9. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

10. Complaints

10.1 Liability for Defects

Consumers have the right to make a complaint regarding defective products for 2 years from the date of receipt.

10.2 Submitting a Complaint

To submit a complaint, send an email including:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • product photos (if possible)

10.3 Handling Complaints

Complaints will be processed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, the customer may receive:

  • product replacement

  • product repair

  • price reduction

  • refund

11. Limitation of Liability

The store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond its control (force majeure), including:

  • strikes

  • natural disasters

  • carrier disruptions

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms.
