I have paid for my order – where is it?
What payment methods are accepted in the online store? Can I order on invoice or use a gift card?
In our online store, you can pay with a credit or debit card, PayPal, or Klarna invoice. You can also use a gift card to pay for your order. All available payment methods are shown at checkout.
How do I redeem a discount code or promotional coupon?
The discount or promotional code is entered in the “Discount code” field when placing the order, before confirming the payment. The code is activated by clicking “Apply”, and the discount will be deducted from the total order amount.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order only before it has been shipped. If the order is already being processed or has been shipped, the products in the order can no longer be changed, but you can return the items after receiving the package. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.

What delivery options are available and what is the delivery time?
We offer several delivery options, including home delivery and collection points.
Delivery time depends on the chosen method, but orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Can I send my order to a different address or abroad?
Yes, you can select a different delivery address when placing your order.

Can products be exchanged or returned, and does this apply to all products?
Yes, most of our products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days in accordance with EU law. The right of return does not apply to personalized or printed products whose value has been modified according to the customer’s request.
How do I return a product and when will I receive my refund?
Products can be returned using our return form or by contacting customer service.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
Yes, products can be exchanged for a different size if the chosen size is available in stock. Exchanges are made by returning the original product and placing a new order in the desired size.
What should I do if a product is defective?
If a product is defective or does not match the description, contact customer service immediately.
We will resolve the situation through a refund, exchange, or repair of the product.

What does “printed product” or “available directly from stock” mean?
Custom printed products are items that are printed separately on demand. The production time for such products is approximately 1–3 days, depending on the season.
Stock products are ready-made items that can be shipped directly to the customer. Their processing time is usually around 1–2 days.
Do you have different models, e.g., T-shirts and ladyfit models?
We sell several different shirt models, including ladyfit models for women. The minimum order for custom orders is 10 pieces.

Can I have my own design printed?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. If you are interested, contact sales here.
Does part of the sales revenue go to the vendor?
Yes. A share of all products we sell is paid to the vendor. All sales are conducted in cooperation with the vendor.
The exception is clearance sales of stock items, where the share may be smaller or not applied at all, for example, if Polwear has ordered and paid for the products to its own warehouse.
