Delivery

Some of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse, while others are printed on demand to minimize waste. Because of this, delivery times consist of both production (when applicable) and shipping.

The estimated delivery times for your order are as follows:

Poland: 2-6 work days
Rest of Europe: 2-8 work days
North America: 5-15 business days
Asia: 6-17 business days

Return Policy

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the moment the withdrawal was communicated, to the return address provided by us.

The cost of return is borne by the customer (25 zł) and is non-refundable.

Palautus

Jos kauppa perutaan, tavara on palautettava viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä erikseen ilmoitettavaan palautusosoitteeseemme. Palauttajan on maksettava palauttamisesta aiheutuvat kustannukset (5,90€). Näitä kustannuksia ei makseta takaisin palauttajalle.

Yksilöllisesti toiveiden mukaan valmistetuilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta, ellei tuotteessa ole virhettä. Tällaiset tuotteet jäävät normaalin etämyynnin palautusoikeuden ulkopuolelle.
